PEESI provides assessments of Water & MOLD damaged residential and commercial buildings to protect occupants and structures in Houston, Galveston, and other areas of Texas. PEESI completes preliminary and final scopes of work and protocols as needed for swift action by the owner or, if necessary, by a licensed mold remediation firm under The State of Texas mold rules. We identify and inspect damaged walls, floors, ceilings, A/C systems, contents, and structure. We can complete comprehensive evaluations for residences and buildings which may include:

Our Inspections are completed by the most experienced licensed mold assessment professional engineers, certified industrial hygienists, biologists, and environmental specialists in the areas of water damage and health at PhD, MS, and BS levels. They assess, recommend, and manage corrective actions to swiftly isolate and correct health issues relating to water damage in all living and working areas – residences, hospitals, senior care facilities, schools, stores, and malls.
For commercial and school settings we inspect buildings and train staff to use the most effective tools to recognize and prevent water damage from air conditioning, piping, plumbing, roof, condensation, construction, and building defects. We work with building owners and insurers to restore and prevent further damage. We are licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services, and have the 14th license issued – Number MAC#0114. PEESI has completed mold assessments in more that 3000 residential, commercial, educational, and medical buildings for more than 15 years. We were very busy following Tropical Storm Allison, and Hurricanes RITA and IKE. Day to day we assist with real estate sale and purchases, water damage with mold growth, and health and indoor air improvement.
