- Are they a Texas Registered Engineering Firm?
- Do they have over 25 years in Business?
- How many Mold Assessments have they completed?
- Do they provide Cost Effective Solutions if a problem exists?
These parameters will be fruitful and prevent future surprises. This allows the Seller & Listing Agent to provide the buyer with a solid Mold Inspection conducted through these established qualifications.
Additionally, should the buyer request a separate Mold Inspection; the inspector picked by the buyer must have qualifications that are equivalent with the seller’s Mold Inspection based on the original set parameters.
